Cancellation policy

We understand…sometimes things happen, which may make it difficult to attend your appointment.

We ask that you give us as much possible notice if you cannot attend or need to reschedule.

Please find below our current cancellation policy.

Out of consideration and respect for Connected Kids Allied Health time:

  • Private paying clients: the client should provide Connected Kids Allied Health with at least two days notice of the cancellation of any support. Cancellations outside of this window will incur a cancellation fee of $40.

  • NDIS: the participant should provide Connected Kids Allied Health with at least two days notice of the cancellation of any supports, as per the NDIS price guide. Cancellations outside of this window will incur the full fee. Where multiple cancellations or no shows occur in a 12-month period, Connected Kids Allied Health may need to notify the NDIA, as a review of the participant’s NDIS Plan may be required.

Where Connected Kids Allied Health cancels a support due to operational reasons, the service will be rescheduled at no penalty to either party.
